Specialized Construction for Your Investor Clients

Investors often look to brokers to find new opportunities, and many are specifically interested in new construction projects. This is where we come in. In-House Projects for Brokers Who Invest

Many brokers are also investors, working on their own real estate projects. While we primarily focus on residential and small-scale commercial builds, we offer construction management services to brokers who are developing their own properties. Whether it's a new home, a small commercial project, or residential developments, we can help bring your vision to life.

Understanding "Private Label, Wholesale Construction

We’ve coined the term “Private Label, Wholesale Construction” because it best describes our flexible business model. We collaborate with realtors, builders, lenders, and other professionals, and typically manage construction projects under your brand and marketing. For investors—especially those who are out-of-state—we often operate under a private label arrangement. We handle the permitting process under our name, but all marketing, sales, and signage are done under the investor’s brand. This setup allows the investor to maintain control while we manage the construction efficiently and at a lower cost.

For other builders and contractors, we provide a flexible, wholesale construction service where we take on the role of the on-site builder and construction manager. We charge a low, flat fee for these services, typically 1/3 to 1/2 of what traditional builders charge for construction management. This significant cost savings is passed back to the builder or contractor, allowing them to complete projects more affordably, faster, and with better quality.
